Click the Join Now or Register button at the top of any RRR 3 page. You do not need to upload documents to create an account. You will need: a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, your full name, date of birth and home address. Documents (typically your CNIC) may be requested at the withdrawal stage or during a routine identity verification check. No — RRR 3 strictly allows one account per person. Multiple accounts are detected automatically and result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. First, check your spam or junk mail folder — RRR 3 emails occasionally land there. If the email is not there either, log in to your RRR 3 account and request a new verification email from the account settings page. Make sure the email address you registered with is correct. If you typed it incorrectly during registration, contact our support team at support@rrr3.click and we will update it for you after a quick identity check.

Changes to your registered email or mobile number require identity verification to prevent unauthorized changes. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings and submit a change request. You will need to verify your current email or number and confirm your identity. For security reasons, some changes can only be processed by the support team — contact support@rrr3.click if the self-service option is not available.

Contact our support team at support@rrr3.click or via live chat inside your account and request permanent closure. We process these immediately. Any PKR balance remaining in your account will be returned to your last verified payment method before closure. Deposits & Withdrawals

RRR 3 accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

The minimum deposit at RRR 3 is Rs 200. This applies across all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. Most deposits arrive within a few seconds. Withdrawals may be delayed for a few reasons: your account may require identity verification before the first withdrawal can be processed; there may be an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements; there could be a temporary processing queue during high-demand periods; or a security review may be underway on the transaction. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than the expected timeframe, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@rrr3.click with your withdrawal reference number.

In most cases, withdrawals must be made to the same account or payment method used for deposits. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. If your original deposit method is no longer active or available, contact RRR 3 support and we will guide you through the process. A valid reason and identity verification will be required before a withdrawal to an alternative method is approved.

For example, if a bonus of Rs 2,000 carries a 20x wagering requirement, you must place a total of Rs 40,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is available. Not all game types count equally — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Check the following: your first deposit must have been at least Rs 500; you must have opted in to the welcome offer during registration or at the cashier (depending on the current promotion format); and your account must be fully verified. No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. However, your real money balance (the portion not subject to bonus terms) can be withdrawn at any time. If you do not want to complete the wagering requirements, you can ask our support team to remove the bonus from your account — this will also remove any winnings generated from that bonus. Once removed, a bonus cannot be reinstated. This option is available at any time.

Live in-play betting allows you to place bets on matches and events that are already in progress. Odds are updated in real time based on the current match situation. For cricket, this includes markets like next wicket, next boundary, method of next dismissal and run totals in the current over. Bets placed during live play are processed at the odds shown at the time you confirm the bet. A short delay is applied to in-play bets to account for data feeds — this is normal and protects against latency abuse.

After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, RRR 3 temporarily locks the account for 30 minutes as a security measure. After 30 minutes, you can try logging in again. If you need immediate access, contact our support team with your registered email address and we will unlock the account after a quick verification check. If you believe the failed attempts were made by someone else, request a password reset immediately and notify support.

Act immediately: change your password right away via account settings or the password reset function. Then go to Account Settings and log out of all active sessions. Contact our support team at support@rrr3.click as soon as possible — our security team will review all recent activity on your account and take steps to secure it. You will receive an email notification any time your account is accessed from a new device or location, so check your inbox for any suspicious alerts.
