RRR 3 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the RRR 3 platform — whether through the website at rrr3.click, the mobile application or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and RRR 3.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the RRR 3 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. RRR 3 recommends that you review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These terms apply to all services offered by RRR 3, including but not limited to sports betting, PSL betting, online casino, live dealer games, poker, slots, Andar Bahar and any other products made available on the platform now or in the future.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use an RRR 3 account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. RRR 3 strictly prohibits use by anyone under 18 and may request documentation to verify age at any time.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• One Account: Each person is permitted to hold exactly one RRR 3 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Own Account: You may only open and operate an account in your own name and for your own personal use. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on RRR 3 or any connected platform.

RRR 3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any later stage. This may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or other documentation as required. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the RRR 3 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, Visa and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. RRR 3 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. RRR 3 targets a processing time of approximately 10 minutes for most withdrawals. Actual timing may vary depending on the payment method used, your account verification status and occasional delays caused by third-party payment providers. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on interbank processing schedules.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit, or to verified accounts belonging to the same person.
• RRR 3 may conduct additional identity or payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Funds that have been deposited but not yet played through at least once may be subject to additional verification before withdrawal.
• RRR 3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash component of a balance is withdrawable unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

RRR 3 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000. A minimum deposit of Rs 500 is required. The bonus is credited automatically to the account upon meeting the qualifying criteria.

Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering counts towards all sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 and all casino games other than live baccarat banker bets, roulette zero coverage bets and any game specifically excluded in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• RRR 3 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, modify terms or close promotional offers at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to eligible players.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including multi-accounting, coordinated betting or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses only. Cashback credited is real PKR unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

5Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on RRR 3 is subject to the following rules in addition to any market-specific rules published within the platform. By placing a sports bet on RRR 3, you confirm that you have read and accept all applicable betting rules.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. RRR 3 reserves the right to decline any bet before acceptance. Once confirmed by RRR 3, a bet is binding and cannot be cancelled by either party except as stated in these terms.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change between when you open a bet slip and when you confirm. RRR 3 will notify you of any price change and request re-confirmation. You may set your account to accept any odds change automatically.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in the event of an event cancellation, a postponement beyond the stated settlement timeframe, incorrect pricing due to a manifest error, or other circumstances specified in the betting rules. Voided bets are returned as stake to your account balance.
• In-Play Betting: RRR 3 offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, tennis and other sports. In-play bets are subject to delays of a few seconds for integrity purposes. RRR 3 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Manifest Errors: Any bet placed on odds that are clearly erroneous — including pricing errors, data feed failures or technical glitches — will be voided. RRR 3 will not honour obvious pricing errors regardless of whether the bet was confirmed.
• Maximum Payouts: Individual bet payouts may be subject to maximum limits which vary by sport and market. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the betting interface. RRR 3 reserves the right to limit stakes for any player or on any market at its discretion.
• Accumulator Bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. A single void selection typically reduces the accumulator by one leg rather than voiding the entire bet, as specified in the applicable rules.

6Casino, Live Casino & Game Rules

The RRR 3 online casino and live casino operate under the following rules. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studios under regulated conditions.

• Game Rules: Each casino game has its own rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand individual game rules before playing.
• RTP: Return to Player percentages are published for all RRR 3 casino games. Actual results in any session may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to the inherent volatility of casino games.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a game disconnection, software error or technical failure during a casino game, RRR 3 will make every effort to resolve the issue and restore the game to the last confirmed state. If a game cannot be restored, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to any rules announced by the dealer at the table. In the event of a disagreement, the dealer's decision and the studio's recorded feed will be used to resolve the matter.
• Malfunction Voids All Pays: In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction affecting game outcome, all affected bets and payouts are void. RRR 3 will communicate any such event to affected players and process stake refunds promptly.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RRR 3 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, with permanent closure and balance forfeiture as likely outcomes:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one RRR 3 account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Fraud: Any use of stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment methods. Any attempt to reverse legitimate transactions via chargebacks after receiving the credited funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers, using multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or placing hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing any bet that you know or have reason to believe is based on inside information, match fixing or other corrupt activity. Any knowledge of corrupt activity must be reported to RRR 3 immediately.
• Money Laundering: Using the RRR 3 platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. RRR 3 is required to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated tools or any other software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine players.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches or software bugs to generate artificial profits.
• Abuse of Staff: Any abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at RRR 3 support staff or other platform users.

8Account Suspension & Termination

RRR 3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Account holder later found to be under 18 years of age at time of registration.
• Player request — accounts can be closed voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected prohibited conduct, any balance in the account will be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned and the account restored or closed at the player's preference.

Where an account is closed for any reason other than a confirmed breach of these terms, RRR 3 will return any eligible cash balance (excluding bonus funds not yet wagered through) to the player via their last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9Responsible Gaming

RRR 3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing harm, RRR 3 provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your RRR 3 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the RRR 3 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. RRR 3 will not send promotional communications during any self-exclusion period.

11Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the RRR 3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the RRR 3 platform without prior written consent.

The RRR 3 name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of RRR 3. Use of these marks without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

RRR 3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, accurate and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. RRR 3 will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures or internet connectivity issues beyond RRR 3's reasonable control.
• Delays or errors in payment processing caused by third-party providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of information provided by third-party data feeds used for odds or results.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profit or opportunity.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint about any aspect of your RRR 3 experience, please contact our support team in the first instance via live chat at support@rrr3.click. RRR 3 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the escalation procedure described in the FAQ section.

All disputes are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which RRR 3 operates. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any dispute.

13Amendments to These Terms

RRR 3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RRR 3 will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the RRR 3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and retrieve your balance.
